Look at beautiful skin through a health perspective and work towards enhancing the glow of your skin by addressing your total body health. Remember that good health is the best way to light up your skin and it is more effective than any commercial skin care product. Follow the beautiful skin tips given below and you will soon have radiant skin that will be the envy of others. Nutrition is a very important factor for getting beautiful skin. This is why it is imperative to have a healthy diet. Proper nutrition will nourish the skin and keep it radiant and fresh. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and try to cut down on fast foods. Regularly go for a steam bath. This is the best way to cleanse your skin from inside. The steam opens up the pores of the skin and makes it easier to get rid of dirt and grime. Use honey and essential oils on the skin during the bath to cleanse the skin more effectively, for a better and beautiful you! Multivitamin supplements are very effective in enhancing the health of the skin. Good herbal supplements can fill up the nutrient deficiency, in case your diet is faulty. If you don’t want to take any supplements, then make sure that your diet regularly consists of plenty of vitamin C rich foods like oranges, lemon, lime and omega 3 and omega 6 rich foods like almonds and sunflower seeds. Also, eat plenty of oily fish like salmon and mackerel. Don’t over expose your skin to the sun. Use a high SPF sunscreen to protect your skin when out in the sun. Overexposure to the sun is one of the main reasons of untimely aging of the skin. Likewise, during the winter season, use a good quality moisturizing cream to protect the skin from drying.
Excessive drinking and smoking also takes its toll on the skin. Indulging in such habits will only hasten the aging process of the skin and make it look wrinkled. Smoking and drinking contributes to toxin buildup in the skin, making it prone to blemishes and other skin ailments. So, for beautiful skin, cut down on smoking and drinking if not stopping it all together.
Drink plenty of water and juices throughout the day. These will not only keep the skin hydrated, but also eliminate toxins from the body. Water is an excellent detoxifier and the juices will provide plenty of essential nutrition. Start an exercise regimen. Cycling, aerobics and jogging are excellent in keeping the skin toned, as they improve the blood circulation. Exercise will boost the health of the entire body and so indirectly head towards healthy and beautiful skin. e were talking about secretes of beauty that I got from generations to generation in my family .
Another brilliant idea for marvelous young looking beautiful skin is the use and the perfect appropriate use of Fish Oil and Omega 3s, this is the best thing for your skin and for your body, my granny told me that good fats push out the bad fats and make you feel good too and give you perfect amount of elasticity. So eat lots of salmon, albacore tuna, mackerel, raw almonds, avocados, and olive oil and there are tones of other things that will proved you goof fats, but say No to Artificial capsules and tablets
Exercise: Exercise! Exercise, I must say that if you love your self and if you like your body and your face then you would do lots of exercise and there is no excuse for it, Just get in 30 minutes a day and do lots of exercise or yoga
Mineral Oil is BAD, never miss that, never buy anything without reading the ingredients of products you are going to apply on your face or your body, Check the label. Mineral oil clogs pores and when your pores are clogged you cannot eliminate toxins properly or efficiently or pimples, rather than that try to get natural extra virgin olive oil, almond oil, tea tree oil, and other herbal things and try them on are face as a moisturizer
Get a dry body brush, I can bet that I can not count the benefits of dry body brush, it improves circulation, cleanses the lymphatic system, removes dead skin cells, improves digestion, removal of toxins, prevents premat.

We have many expressions for skin, our largest organ and according to Chinese herbal medicine our third lung.  Many of us claim to have developed a thick skin when it concerns criticism.  When we say that we try to get inside someone’s skin, we activate compassion.  An artist might want his work of art to get under your skin, so that you continue to process it. The basic truth about achieving beautiful skin is to feel comfortable in your own skin.
All the beauty products out there ranging from natural (fruits and vegetables) to laboratory synthetics cannot make your skin glow if you are: Stressed, eating junk food, sleep-deprived and sedentary. Your skin tells your life story.
Skin care is inside out. It is crucial to reduce the inflammatory response. Simply put: Stress ages and depletes vitality. Instead of radiating happiness and positivism, you appear negative as you secrete toxins.
Know your skin type to maximize your self-care.
* Oily to normal – shiny skin especially on the forehead, nose and chin.
* Oily – shiny all over most of the time.
* Dry to normal – feels tight and gets dehydrated after a few hours.
* Dry – especially around the cheek area and usually feels and looks dehydrated.
* Eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. The Mediterranean diet is great for skin. Salmon and foods rich in Omega 3’s make a positive impact. When it concerns your skin, you are what you eat. Note: Sugar is inflammatory.
* Keep your skin clean and moisturize dry skin; dermatologists recommend moisturizing dry skin twice a day and overnight.
* For oily skin use toner or natural fruit acids.
* A little sun is healthy and mood-elevating. However, protect your face by wearing a sunscreen.
* Green tea is anti-inflammatory and in the lab has been shown to heal skin.
* Drink water to clean out toxins.
* Exercise to shed stress hormones and improve circulation.
* Get your beauty sleep; skin regenerates and hormones balance.
* Don’t smoke and stay away from second hand smoke and other obvious pollutants.
* Aim for good health. When you are healthy, you look more youthful and act that way. Illness weighs you down and saps your energy.
* Smile and you will look younger and prettier.
Don’t force your beauty. Enhance it. Avoid harsh chemicals and treatments. Avoid drastic changes and a lot of makeup. Simplify with a more natural approach. Express who you are — not some artificial ideal. Don’t mask the real you. Living the truth of who you are is gorgeous!
Have you ever considered that what you put into your body has a noticeable impact on your skin, in some ways even more so than what you put on your skin?  Here are some great tips (via US Magazine) from Dr. Wu, the author of “Feed Your Face” teaching us when it comes to your skin, you are what you eat!
1. Eat a good breakfast, since this will keep your blood sugar balanced all day – which fights breakouts.  Make sure it has a balance of protein and carbs.  Examples: Oatmeal with nuts on top; eggs and whole wheat toast; Greek yogurt and fruit.
2. To fight wrinkles, make sure you eat green and yellow veggies at least once a day.  The cartenoids and other antioxidants can protect your skin from the sun and fight the free radicals that break down collagen over time.
3. Got breakouts?  Avoid dairy, which has been linked to acne.  Instead, pour soy almond milk in your cereal or coffee.
4. Keep a food diary or keep track of your meals in your iPhone or Blackberry.  This way you’ll know what you’re really eating.
5. Trade coffee for green tea, which can help fight sun damage and wrinkles.
6. Snack on almonds or walnuts, which are high in omega-3 fatty acids to help dry skin feel smooth and soft.
7. For thick, healthy hair, eat green beans.  They’re one of the richest sources of silicon, a naturally occurring element that strengthens hair and nails.
8. Have a healthy snack every three hours.  This will prevent blood sugar swings, which can damage your skin’s collagen and lead to wrinkles.
9. Eat dark chocolate!  Full of antioxidants, and no, it doesn’t cause acne — unless it’s super sweet milk chocolate.
10. Stay hydrated with water, club soda, or caffeine free drinks.  Dehydrated skin looks dull and saggy.
